Decent stroller, but there’s some room for improvement

I have an original B-Agile and I have been using that stroller for nearly 4 1/2 years now. That particular stroller is my favorite stroller and I have nearly fifteen years of experience with strollers and have owned quite a lot of strollers in that time so that particular one standing out as a favorite is really saying something. When the opportunity presented itself for me to review the 2016 version of the B-Agile I was excited to see just what improvements Britax made to an already great stroller. I was not expecting to be disappointed in this stroller.

This is an upgrade for us from our jogging stroller. There’s plenty of things I like and a couple I don’t.
lightweight everyday stroller

As a mom of seven I’ve owned and used all sorts of strollers and car seats. This is a great middle of the road option for everyday use. Assembly was a breeze even without stopping to consult the instructions. The three wheels snap on then the sun canopy clicks in then velcros in place. Less than five minutes from in the box to in use. The whole set comes in a huge box. The stroller is inside in a separate box while the car seat and base are packed into the larger box.
Very decent stroller for the price

Since my son was born I’ve owned 5 different strollers. I don’t like big, bulky, heavy strollers. I don’t need lots of storage, speakers, hand brakes, etc. I also don’t like cheap looking, cheap feeling strollers, like a basic or upgraded umbrella style strollers.

I wish I bought this stroller originally instead of cheaping it up when I was pregnant. I spent over a year pushing around a hard to steer stroller. This thing is so smooth and you can steer with one hand! And yes the one hand closing is awesome. My only complaint is that its not that easy to open, the clip that holds it locked shut seems to get a little stuck, and with a toddler in one arm I have to struggle to open it. Anyone else have that issue?
it maneuvers freaking great and it sits up well

I have washed the material, as instructed but something spilled on the top, couple of spots, and it won’t come out. The only thing it would be is coffee or formula. Not very stain resistant. The basket underneath is hard to use, must go in from the sides. However, it maneuvers freaking great and it sits up well. We live it.
A Quality Stroller that is Lightweight and Easy to Use

We recently had the opportunity to use the Britax 2016-B Agile 3 Stroller in Black. Our go-to stroller through 4 babies/children has been the Uppababy, which is a different level of stroller, and as such, is heavier than the Britax and does come with more features. We are familiar with Britax quality because we use their top rated carseats and are very satisfied with them. This company does its research and makes a quality product and this stroller is no exception.
